This new amendment excluded hemp and its derivatives from the definition of marijuana or cannabis Sativa and captured delta 8, a hemp-derived product under the definition of publicly marketable hemp products, making it a legal product in Missouri.

• Adults can ship 10 electronic nicotine delivery systems for non-commercial use every 30 days.
